About the Business
Bristol Property Partnership is a specialist lettings and investment company focusing on generating high-cash flow for landlords and investors in Bristol. Directors' Nick Josling and Ashley Rigg have large multi-let property portfolios in Bristol and have experienced the ups and downs of room-by-room lets, developing robust systems over time to keep our own properties full and running smoothly. Nick is the host of the Bristol Property Investors Network (Bristol pin) and is responsible for landlord and investor relations and is director of our lettings business.
Ashley is responsible for property sourcing and refurb management. Ashley and Nick are joint owners of Bristol Property Partnership Ltd. Hayley Josling is our finance manager who is responsible for all the day to day finance issues, cost control, client reporting and management accounts.
