Fielding Properties is an independent limited company. We aim to provide the best possible service to both landlords tenants and truly do - to reluctantly use a cliché - treat every property as if it was our own.
We are aiming to become one of the largest players in the property rental and investment industry in Northants and Warwickshire, with plans to open new offices in the towns surrounding Daventry over the next few years. The best way to do this is to provide a professional and unsurpassable service for a competitive fee and ensure that our clients spread the word of how happy they are with what we do. It really is that simple.
Fielding Properties is owned and run by James Fielding. A portfolio landlord himself, James has lived in the Daventry area since 2003 and has spent his entire working life in the property industry, specialising in property investment and lettings.
