Empire Property Holdings - Property Investment Bond
Empire Property Holdings have set up an SPV to purchase property for development with a view to retaining those assets. The company has launched the property investment bond which is available to investors starting at just £20,000.
With more than 1,050 properties under management since the company started developing property more than 10 years ago, this is an excellent opportunity for you to seek out excellent returns on your investment. The developments have a first and "only" legal charge on the developments, adding additional levels of security for the investor.
There are two Investment Options:
INCOME OPTION
Investors benefit from a fixed annual return of 10% in the 1st year and 12% in the 2nd year with interest paid every 6 months. At the end of the investment term (2 years), the capital invested is returned in full.
GROWTH OPTION
Investors benefit from a fixed annual return of 10% year 1 and 12% year 2, however, the growth bond allows the investor to leave the funds in place until the end of the 2 years when the bond finishes and the investment is returned with a 4% bonus on the original amount invested.

The High Street Group is a leading provider of Loan Note type investments in the United Kingdom. There are several providers of these types of investment opportunities but the best one on the market is The High Street Group. This particular company has an 11 year track record and has paid out on 7 previous Loan Note offerings. The company has a GDV of £320 Million and is well on track to increase this figure in the race for the £1 Billion mark.
Investors are able to invest in an 18 month loan note which pays out an attractive 15% to 18% at the end of the term depending on which option you go for.
