Ward & Co specialises in providing property investment advice and information to customers throughout the world. Essentially, we act as a link - between banks or developers that need to dispose of property assets quickly and, on the other hand, private investors looking for profitable new opportunities.
In order to identify the opportunities that most effectively meet our clients' needs, we evaluate both refurbished and new build properties. Through contacts with specialist contractors, we can provide pre-market access to newly renovated developments with outstanding investment potential, but we can also help customers to secure huge discounts on ‘off plan' projects, too.
In many cases, the developers of new projects are keen to sell the first 20% of their stock on a heavily discounted basis in order to retain liquidity and to demonstrate healthy demand to buyers who will subsequently be invited to invest at the full price.
