I would like to sell a student studio in Bath Street 87, Robert Owen house, number 2-01, it is not tenanted with rent for me since my daughter lives there. My daughter, says there is big interest in renting it after she leaves 1 September. I would like it sold as not tenanted and with access to it 1st September.
