About the Business

GLPI core strategy has remained the same throughout the 12 years that we have been trading, and that is to seek out and exploit opportunities in the property market that are unnoticed by others.

The company has its roots in short term office space, and a small part of our portfolio still reflects that (further information can be found at our partner web site, Ultra Flexible Office Lettings). During the early 2000s, we purchased several mixed retail/office properties and converted the open plan office space into small, standalone office suites that were subsequently let on short term, all-inclusive licences.

This avenue proved to be highly successful, but ultimately it was not what we wanted to do. Moving forwards from an established base, we began to broaden our horizons. From 2002 to 2006 we established a more diverse investment strategy, centring on development and improvement potential.
