About the Business

Renaissance Properties (UK) Ltd was formed in April 2006 as a land and property investment company. It soon became frustratingly clear how difficult it can be to consistently source high-quality, reliable and trustworthy local tradesman. It can also be time-consuming to deal with Local Authority Planning or Building Control and so the idea that we should provide our own development services team was born. We now deal with a small network of trusted partners which enable us to provide a bespoke design-to-completion service to our customers whatever the project.
