Property & Land Investment

We are a team of property professionals that assist experienced investors in expanding their property portfolios; and also help first time investors avoid the many "pot holes" in the purchase of property and land investments. A simple, no obligation, telephone conversation with one of our team will establish the roots of our new relationship. Following this, a personal meeting, or purely email/telephone contact, will ensure a healthy and prosperous future together. We have excellent offices in the heart of Altrincham, Cheshire.

The central location means clients often pop-in for an update on the markets. Our professional, yet friendly service, has allowed the business to grow organically, through word of mouth referrals and introductions. PAL Investment has a dedicated team of specialist site finders, that is able to source stock depending on individual purchaser's requirements. Each land opportunity has its own criteria and will be at varying stages of planning - valued accordingly.
